EXTENSION TASK:
Look
at some past music videos from your chosen genre (1980’s-1990’s) - have the
conventions been developed over time? Do the changes reflect a cultural shift
in the ideological values of wider society? Or the development in technology?
2. By now you should have detailed notes on a range
of videos from your chosen genre. Turn the information gathered as well as
clips of the videos themselves into a PowerPoint presentation, which you will
present in pairs, back to the class.
Deadline: Be ready to SUBMIT your
work on Friday 12th September.
